10–20 total. Phone camera in good lighting is fine.

5 close-up headshots — different anglesFront, left side, right side, slight up, slight down

3–5 full-body photos in your work outfitCompany shirt/polo, hat if you wear one
2–3 photos on a real job siteNext to installed windows if possible

Avoid: sunglasses, hats covering your face, heavy shadows, blurry shots, group photos.

1–3 minutes, recorded in a quiet room (close windows, turn off A/C if loud).

Speak naturally — explain your business like you would to a neighbor
Cover your name, company, what hurricane-grade windows do, why customers should call you
Don't read robotically — talk like you normally would
Send as .mp3, .wav, or a voice memo file

Tip: hold your phone ~6 inches from your mouth. No AirPods or Bluetooth mics — built-in phone mic is better.

Bullet points are fine. Total dialogue should fit in 45–60 seconds.
